Berkeley is 18 Months Old Today

June 22, 2011. Happy, healthy, adorable, and big, Berkeley is quite the 18 month old. He loves to hold the water hose and help fill up the pool - this activity like most others these days is all about Berkeley doing it himself. He has learned to throw things away in the trashcan and when asked, readily takes his own dirty diapers to the can. He loves going for stroller rides, wrestling with Lincoln, rolling cars on the table, and dancing to music in his own special way. His dance involves lifting one foot and then the other, wobbling to and fro and then throwing one arm to the side and spinning in the direction his arm takes him. Berkeley can kick a ball with both feet and throw a ball well (along with other things that he is not supposed to throw). He has several favorite things including a stuffed shark, any kind of book, ducks, and a stuffed monkey. Berkeley babbles all the time and has lots of words the most recent of which is "no." And believe me, he knows how to use that word without hesitation.
