Chilli Rot

October 25, 2009. If you have ever wondered what happens to a pot of chilli after being left to ferment in your refrigerator for nearly two months, well here are some pictures to lay your curiousity to rest.

Erik geared up for the task of emptying the chilli pots deep in the woods. I had a good laugh, until it was my turn to endure the punishment of washing the pots. I would like to excuse the embarrassing story of fermenting chilli by blaming our busy lives and pregnancy exhaustion, but the reality has to do more with simple procrastination.
