Totally Trucks

August 15, 2009. One Friday Erik and I decided to take advantage of a local community event and took Lincoln to the Reston Association's annual "Totally Trucks" day. Lincoln received his very own hard hat and truck coloring book, and had a lot of fun driving the tractors, backhoes, and firetrucks. He even enjoyed some time in the back of a mail truck.

After a fun morning of driving truck after truck, Lincoln was not ready to go home. What this picture doesn't capture is the kicking and screaming that was occurring as we said good-bye. Ten minutes later as we sipped on Silver Diner milkshakes, everyone was happy again.
