Lincoln's Rock Star Birthday Party

Sunday, March 20th, 2011. Welcome to Lincoln's Rock Star Birthday party. Lincoln and 16 classmates got to explore and play with all sorts of musical instruments at Bach 2 Rock music school in Herndon, Va. The kids all had a great time banging on the drums, trying out the guitars and keyboards, and following along for an instructor-led instrumental using handheld rhythm sticks and drums. Lincoln and his friends enjoyed electric guitar cake and cupcakes, and feeling like rockstars for an hour or two.

Jamming on the keyboard with friends Jackson and Dale.

Birthday cake time. Lincoln has a sad look on his face as moments before he selected his birthday sit, but Dylan had his sights on the same seat. His tears dried up quickly with the promise of cake.

Back home opening presents. Lincoln is really into it and check out how intently Berkeley is watching what is happening.
