Memorial Day at the Lake

Memorial Day weekend was relaxing and fun as we spent time with family at my aunt Faye and Uncle Ralph's lake home at Smith Mountain. The weather was perfect and everyone had a great time hanging out on the dock and going for boat rides. Lincoln is truly a water baby. We knew he enjoyed splashing in the bathtub at home, but he took splashing to a whole new level in the swimming pool.

When they were playing in the pool, Emerson and Lincoln enjoyed some quality time together in the pack n play. Lincoln is super fascinated by Emerson's bald head.

Having a snack on the dock. We figured all the adults were reaching into bags of chips, so why not let Lincoln dig into the Cheerios.

Jake Heapes (almost two years old) had fun watching all the splashing. He stayed busy filling the pool with water from the lake.
