Happy Pirate
February 13, 2010. At nearly 2 yrs, 11 months old, Lincoln is full of personality and spunk. Here are a few snippits:
Lincoln loves, loves, loves Lightening McQueen. When he watches the movie, he has to be holding onto his Lightening car. If I can't find Lightening, watching the movie just isn't the same. On several occasions as I am putting him to bed, Lincoln has told me, "When I wake up, we go trackor tippin' mama, okay." He also likes to run and randomly do a kick in the air and say "Ka-chow."
When I picked Lincoln up from school the other day it was raining. We walked outside holding hands and Lincoln looked up at me and said, "It's raining on my head. I need an umbrella. I have a purple one, and mama you have a black one, okay."
Lincoln has a bit of a cough. We got in the truck the other day and he coughed several times. I reminded him to cover his mouth with his elbow. He responded by saying, "Mama when I get bigger then I have a cough drop in my mouth and then I stop coughing like Nana."
When I ask him to do something for me, assuming he is in the right mood, he responds, "Oh sure" in the cutest voice ever.
Lincoln is adjusting well to having Berkeley around. He is a big helper, getting Berkeley's paci, running dirty diapers to the trash, and giving Berkeley lots (and lots and lots) of kisses.
