Christmas Tree Hunting 2011

December 4, 2011. It was a perfect Sunday afternoon to head out on the annual Christmas tree hunt. Living in NOVA means we don't have access to rolling hills of Christmas tree farms readily at our fingertips (unless you want to battle the roads for a hour's drive west or south), but we have established our own tradition by visiting the same place to get a tree now seven years in a row. A man that just happens to look a bit like Santa Claus (no joke) sets up a seasonable tree stand just outside of our neighbor. Perfect location for the kids to run through the trees and the surrounding field.
